This registry is a showcase for how the CBSS member states are working individually and together to fulfil the vision of its Expert Group on Children at risk: a region where children enjoy the full range of human rights as set out in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).

The registry aims to contribute to a collective understanding of how child protection works in this region of Europe and supports mutual trust among these systems.
