Children growing up in the digital age are increasingly exposed to risk of sexual abuse and exploitation online. Project 2KNOW aims to understand these crimes and build sustainable and effective mechanisms to support victims and their families.
In the second webinar of the four-part Project 2KNOW webinar series, researchers from the Finnish child-rights NGO, Protect Children, and the University of Eastern Finland share about the innovative data gathering model used in the 2KNOW project. The data collection model has been developed to collect data on online crimes of sexual violence against children.

Project 2KNOW
Project 2KNOW is a two-year project funded by the EU which aims to improve data collection on violence against children and to offer a scalable parental peer support model for carers of child victims of sexual abuse. The project partners include Protect Children, the University of Eastern Finland, and the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS).
